As an Author

Among the competitive and vibrant world of literature in the Caribbean, Emily Bhola stands out as The Reverse Poet of Sand and Sea Foam. Giving a modern and innovative twist to traditional poetry, Miss Bhola’s niche enables readers to see the world from different perspectives.

For the author, poetry and creative writing is not only a medium for self-expression, but a tool to assist her intrapersonal journey as well as a way to inspire and encourage her audience to explore themselves and their imagination.

As of 2025, her work is showcased in several Indian anthologies across the continent, including the World’s Largest Anthology, “Stardust”, by Hemant Bansal. Apart from participating in anthologies, she has performed spoken word since elementary school, making her debut at only six years old and continues to challenge the boundaries of Caribbean literature.

As a Hobbyist

Emily Bhola’s leisure does not stop at literature. Her time off is usually spent in either one of two places: in nature, looking for new insect species; or indoors, studying science, technology, art and language.

Versatile hobbyists such as Miss Bhola require powerful tools to progress in their respective fields. Hence, she has published scientific field journals of her own.
